Conclusions


From the results obtained, we can conclude that,

Ø  The cover design as well as a combination of the package design and color of the product/package plays a key role in the consumer buying process
Ø  Marketing campaigns aren’t perceived as a critical factor compared to the other key factors in the buying process, although 75% of the sample population preferred buying products with a marketing campaign
Ø  The Von Restorff effect is truly evident as bright colors, colors that stand out as well as attractive packaging play a significant role in the final purchase of a product
